Whether you are a first-time visitor or returning to Space XY (GAME), this guide covers the essential features you need to know. Space XY casino offers a modern gaming experience with a focus on transparency and player satisfaction. This practical walkthrough will help you understand the platform from account creation to withdrawal processing, and we will include detailed wagering calculations so you can plan your bankroll effectively.
Prerequisites
- A stable internet connection and a modern web browser such as Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. Space XY casino is a mobile-optimized website, meaning you can access it from your smartphone browser without downloading any external application.
- A valid email address that you check regularly. This inbox will receive your verification link, bonus promotions, and security alerts.
- Proof of identity documents. Prepare a clear photo or scan of your government-issued ID (passport or driver’s license) and a recent utility bill for address confirmation. These are required for the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
- An accepted payment method. The platform supports credit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers. You will need to have funds available in your chosen method.
- Be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction). You must also be in a region where online gambling is permitted.
- A basic understanding of responsible gambling. We recommend setting personal limits before you start playing.
Creating Your Account

Wagering Calculation
Understanding how wagering requirements work is crucial for maximizing your bonus value. Let’s walk through a detailed calculation with real numbers. Suppose you claim a welcome bonus of up to €100 and the bonus comes with a 35x wagering requirement on the bonus amount only. Here is the math:
Bonus amount = €100
Wagering requirement = 35x
Total amount to wager = Bonus × Wagering requirement
Total amount to wager = €100 × 35 = €3,500
You must place bets totaling €3,500 before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. Now, let’s factor in the game contribution rates. Slots often contribute 100% towards the requirement, while table games like blackjack may contribute only 10% or even 0%. Assume you play slots exclusively. You wager €100 per spin. The number of spins needed is calculated as:
Number of spins = Total wager / Stake per spin
Number of spins = €3,500 / €100 = 35 spins
If you use a flat bet of €100, you need 35 spins. But if you bet €50 per spin, the calculation changes:
Number of spins = €3,500 / €50 = 70 spins
The key is to understand the contribution multiplier. If a game contributes only 20% towards the requirement, then only 20% of your stake counts. For a €50 stake, the effective count is:
Effective wager = Stake × Contribution rate
Effective wager = €50 × 0.20 = €10
You would then need to wager €3,500 at this effective rate, meaning more total money wagered in actual bets. Always check the game contribution matrix in the bonus terms before you start playing.
Banking & Payments
Space XY casino supports a range of payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. The table below summarizes the typical processing times and any associated fees. Please note that these values can change, so always check the cashier for the most up-to-date information.
| Payment Method | Deposit Time | Withdrawal Time | Fees (typical) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard) | Instant | 2-5 business days | No fee for deposits; withdrawal may incur a 2% fee |
| E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller) | Instant | Under 24 hours | No fee |
| Bank Transfer | 1-3 business days | 3-7 business days | Bank charges may apply |
| Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum) | Instant | 1-2 business hours | Network fees apply |
To make a deposit, log in, go to the cashier, select ‘Deposit’, choose your preferred method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals follow a similar process. Note that you may need to verify your account fully before your first withdrawal is processed. Always double-check that you are using the exact same payment method for withdrawals that you used for deposits, as this is a common requirement to prevent money laundering.
Licence & Player Protection
Space XY casino holds a license from the Curacao Gaming Authority under license number 365/JAZ. This license ensures that the casino operates under a regulated framework, though it is important to understand what that entails. Curacao-licensed operators are not required to adhere to the strictest EU gambling directives like those in Malta or the UK. As a user tip, remember that if you are based in the EU or Nordic countries, winnings from a Curacao-licensed casino may be subject to local income tax. Consult your local tax authority to understand your obligations.
The casino uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect your data during transmission. Your personal and financial information is encrypted with 256-bit technology, the same standard used by major banks. This means that your data is scrambled and unreadable to any third party. The platform also employs a strict privacy policy that dictates how your information is used and shared. You can find the full policy on the website’s footer.
Good to Know
Responsible gambling is a priority at Space XY casino. The platform provides several tools to help you stay in control of your gaming habits. Deposit limits allow you to cap how much money you can deposit into your account over a daily, weekly, or monthly period. You can set these limits in the ‘Responsible Gambling’ section of your profile. Session limits remind you to take a break after a certain amount of time spent gaming. Self-exclusion is a more extreme measure that blocks your access to the casino for a specified period, ranging from a 24-hour cool-off to a permanent ban. To use any of these tools, navigate to the responsible gaming page and follow the on-screen instructions. These features are always available free of charge.
Support Guide
A good support team can make or break your experience. Here are some common scenarios and how to resolve them:
- Scenario 1: Forgotten password – Click the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login page. Enter your registered email and you will receive a reset link. Use it to create a new password.
- Scenario 2: Verification failed – If your account verification documents are rejected, check the email for the reason. Common issues include blurry images or expired documents. Resubmit high-quality photos and ensure all corners of the document are visible.
- Scenario 3: Bonus not credited – Bonuses are usually credited automatically, but if you do not see it, wait up to 10 minutes. If it still hasn’t appeared, contact support with your username and the bonus name.
- Scenario 4: Withdrawal pending for too long – Standard processing time is up to 48 hours for e-wallets. If it exceeds this, check your email for any KYC requests. Sometimes an additional security check is needed.
- Scenario 5: Game not loading – Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart your browser. If the problem persists, try a different browser or switch to incognito mode.
- Scenario 6: Transaction declined – Verify that your payment method has sufficient funds and that you have not exceeded your daily deposit limit. Contact your bank or e-wallet provider if the issue continues.
